Fundamentals of safety in the circulation of dangerous goods

The overall objective of the program :
Familiarization of the participants in the program with the division and classification of dangerous goods of various types, packing, rules of shipment on ships, unloading, method of handling and storage .
Crisis management and Pollution Control

The overall objective of the program :
Enhancing the capacity of environmental management personnel to develop plans for preventing and combating marine pollution, managing crises arising from maritime disasters at ports, and studying the International Maritime Organization treaties related to marine pollution control.
